SONY Semiconductor has discontinued production of CCD Image Sensors, with the introduction of the IMX Series of high-performance CMOS Image Sensors.

The CCD-based camera in the table below should not be considered for new imaging applications. Cameras listed below may be available in limited quantities until inventory is depleted.
