Four Concurrent Radial Views using a Single Camera
TCCAGE provides an integrated optics solution to inspect parts from four sides concurrently, using a single camera.Four Telecentric views of an object are provided using integrated BiTelecentric optics and an array of first-surface mirrors. The use of telecentric optics makes the system insensitive to off-centered parts and therefore suitable for measurement applications.
TCCAGE is the perfect solution for inspecting parts whose features would be hidden when looked at from the top and for all those applications where an object must be inspected or measured from different sides. Two different illumination devices are built into the system to provide either backlight or direct part illumination.
90° Lateral Imaging: Four radial orthonormal views allow visualization of features that are hidden when viewed from the top.
Long and Thin Object Inspection: Aspect ratios of the four image segments fits long and thin objects perfectly.
Built-in Illumination: The TCCAGE incorporates two light sources, for back and direct illumination respectively.
Suitable for measurement: Telecentric optics makes TCCAGE perfect for multiple-measurement applications.
