Allegro USB 3.0 Camera Series – Highly Customizable
The Allegro USB Smart Camera line is JADAK’s fully customizable solution for original equipment manufacturers (OEM) requiring superior machine vision sensors for quality control.
Designed as exceptionally low-cost USB 3.0 solutions, the Allegro USB Smart Cameras are unique in their features of on-board Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) with LightWise Image Processing and intelligent memory allocation. Their inherent ease of installation and setup makes them invaluable in accelerating rapid development to market, enhancing performance applications and contributing to increasing margins.
Each Allegro variant delivers high-resolution capability in a compact form factor, approximately 126 grams without optics, constructed of heavy duty aluminum, fully sealed, with pre-drilled mounting holes for convenience (tripod mount available). Designed with on-board processing in mind, all Allegro models are configured with Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) and image buffers to provide unmatched programmability and flexible integration for OEM machine vision applications.
Allegro supports USB 3.0 Vision™ interface (up to 350 MB/s), direct interface to NXP i.MX 6 camera port, Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI), and is also customizable for customer specific interfaces.

Machine Vision Software
Clarity™ 3.0 is a Graphic User Interface (GUI) software package that allows a user with little or no machine vision software experience to develop an application for use on JADAK’s smart cameras.
Clarity provides you with as much or as little control as you want in designing your machine vision inspection solution and is easier to use and more intuitive than other machine vision software applications. A powerful tool with many standard features, Clarity provides the building blocks for the most common machine vision tasks and can be updated and modified as your product inspection and tracking needs change.
