Edge-Lit Flat Diffuse Lights

Edge-lit Flat Diffuse Lights provide a space saving design for the illumination of highly reflective objects, providing “cloudy day” diffuse illumination similar to a that of a much larger reflective dome light. In addition, edge LED illumination enables the FX Series to be even thinner than the back-lit FD Series.

Pre-engineered sizes are available from 3”x 3” to 24”x 24” in 1” increments. To accommodate various lens diameters, custom aperture diameters are available from ¼” to 3” in ¼” increments. Powerful edge-lit LEDs provide light intensities of up to 9.2 kLux at 4” working distance.

*Advanced Illumination (Ai) discontinued the FX-Series on October 31, 2024, and has replaced the older FX Series with the newer FX2 Series, The FX2 Series provides increased intensity, using the latest generation of industrial LEDs.
