Bar Lights
Opto-Engineering Bar Lights provide a uniform directional light source for illuminating large objects, similar to a flood light.
Multiple Bar Lights can be used together to ensure thorough and even lighting of the scene. For example, four bar lights can encircle an object to blanket the object with light from multiple angles.
The LTBRZ3 Series consists of high intensity LED bar lights with integrated constant current driving electronics that can be used in a wide variety of general purpose machine vision applications both as front lights or as backlights including front inspection such as parts identification, checking for presence/absence, visual inspection of large workpieces, robot picking.
Each light features 12 high intensity LEDs and provides rectangular illumination on the workpiece. The installation angle can be set freely. Up to six units of these bar lights can be easily connected together via daisy-chain. These lights feature 5-pin M12 connectors, ideal for industrial automation environments.
The LTBRSQ Series features LED illuminators made up of a combination of four LED bar lights from our LTBRDC series. Providing direct rectangular illumination on the inspected workpiece, LTBRSQ bar lights are suitable for a wide range of machine vision applications, such as OCR on flat surfaces, electronic component inspections, surface crack detection.
Thanks to the adjustable rectangular structure, the installation angle of each bar light can be set freely to meet various application needs, from brightfield to darkfield illumination.

The LTBRLS series features LED bar lights feature high-intensity LEDs providing rectangular illumination on the inspected workpiece. The installation angle of LTBRLS bar lights can be set freely and thanks to their compact size, they can be used in variety of machine vision applications, such as surface inspection for defect identification and robot picking applications also requiring long WDs.

The LTVPZ Series consists of LED bar lights featuring 6 or 12 high intensity LEDs. LTVPZ series can be used in a wide variety of applications that require high intensity illumination including robot picking, inspection for parts identification or missing parts and visual inspection of large workpieces. They provide rectangular illumination on the workpiece and the installation angle is set freely.
These bar lights can be easily connected together via daisy-chain and feature 5-pin M12 connectors.
