MetaPhase Technologies manufactures a wide selection of bright field and dark field Ring Lights.

 

Bright Field ring lights shine downward toward the object, along the optical axis. Dark Field ring lights illuminate the object at a steep angle, to intentionally cause shadows that enhance the contrast of surface topographical features.

 

Ring Lights can be conveniently mounted to the camera lens.
