2-Port PCIe(x4) Gigabit PoE (Power Over Ethernet) Frame Grabber Card(PoE NIC)

PoE, or Power over Ethernet, provides electrical power along with data on a standard Ethernet cable. The PCIe-PoE2+ offers two PoE ports via independent Intel® 82574L Gigabit Ethernet controllers.

 

The  PCIe-PoE2+ supports GigE and IP PoE cameras. Each port delivers up to 15.4 W of power and 1000 Mb/s bandwidth over a CAT-5/CAT-6 cable of up to 100 meters.

 

Each Gigabit port supports up 9 kB Jumbo Frame packet size and Link Aggregation (LAG), which doubles the throughout to over 200 MB/sec.

 

PoE technology reduces installation and maintenance costs in a network by eliminating the need for power supplies.
